It was a mixed day for Pella and Pella Christian’s tennis teams in yesterday’s Little Hawkeye Conference meets. The Pella boys finished first with 50 points, beating second place Norwalk by six. Tom Pettit and Jamison Roozeboom each won the two flights of singles brackets, and Sam Dykstra/Colin Jones beat the Warriors’ doubles team to win the second flight of that portion of the tourney. The Lady Dutch were led by Molly Kalkwarf and Alli Dingeman who were runners-up in the second flight of doubles. Andrea DeBruin for the Eagles was third in the first singles’ flight, and Andrea DeBruin was first in the second flight. Full results are below.
