Staff pay increases, changes to the Supplemental Salary Schedule and district sharing agreements were all approved at the April 28th Pella School Board meeting.

A 4.31% pay increase was approved for teachers, and pay increases were approved for a group for coaches and activity sponsors to match pay rates at similarly-sized districts. Superintendent Greg Ebeling says the district passed numerous sharing agreements with the Knoxville School District, including a new agreement sharing the Custodial Operations Supervisor.
