Even cloudy, cold and slick conditions wouldn’t keep the Pleasantville girls’ golf team down. The Trojans once again annihilated their competition, winning by 50 strokes at home against some very good schools. Pleasantville shot a 186, with second place going to Class 3A North Polk who carded a team score of 236. Meet medalist was sophomore Hannah Gordon who shot a 41, with runner-up honors going to Bailey Oliva who had a 47. The Trojans are next in action this Tuesday, as they try to defend their Pride of Iowa Conference championship in tournament play.
