It was a record-number of seniors that the Central baseball team had aboard in 2014, a class that rewrote some records and provided pieces of history that hadn’t happened in the program in quite some time. The senior class racked up over 100 wins, the most of any class for Central baseball, recorded the first Iowa Conference championship in 2012 in over 40 years, and that’s just to name a few of the accolades. Adam Stevens says the guys will also be missed next season with their attitude and demeanor they brought to the field. In addition to the seniors, Central baseball is currently looking for a new head coach, as Coach Stevens decided to take his talents to Aurora College in Illinois next season.
