John Gotta is the Director of Facilities Management at Knoxville Hospital and Clinics, and recently earned the designation of Certified Healthcare Facility Manager by the American Hospital Association. Public Relations Director Katrina Nelson tells KNIA KRLS News that this is a national credential that distinguishes an individual as being among the elite in the profession. Gotta has been with KHC since 1994, and in 2006 was promoted to the Director position.
