Dylan Morse, President of Knoxville’s Grand Theater Restoration Foundation, tells KNIA KRLS News that in the last two weeks, the Foundation has received just over $75,000. He says this puts them well over the halfway point towards the goal of $500,000. Morse says at this point, money is earmarked for the digital conversion for one of the two auditoriums, and then for replacement of all the seats in the building.
Morse tells KNIA KRLS News that there is also a brokerage account now set up, for donations of investments. He says to ask about this, contact him or Todd Chambers at McKay Insurance, at 800-942-0283. You may contact any member of the Grand Theater Foundation Board as well.
