The theme at this week’s Thursdays in Pella has to do with our four-legged friends. Pet-a-palooza kicks of at 6 p.m. Thursday (this evening) at the square in Pella. Pet adoptions, pony rides, obedience training, and a service dog demonstration are all a part of the scheduled festivities starting at 6 p.m. Pet-owners are asked to only bring well-mannered, immunized pets, and are asked to dispose of any waste. The city band closes the evening with their performance at 8 p.m. The KNIA/KRLS Lil’ Big Red Radio will be on hand to play music and make announcements.
