Twin Cedars’ baseball moved to double digits in the win column, picking up their tenth with a 10 – 0 win over Tri-County yesterday. The contest took just five innings, and Drew Carlson went all five, allowing only a hit in the shutout. Otis Roby had a pair of doubles at the plate, Corey Harrell and Brent Parker each picked up a home run, and Hunter Embray had two hits. On the softball diamond, the Sabers won 2 – 1. Mackenzie Sedlock got the win, throwing a complete game on the mound, allowing one run on just three hits. Twin Cedars played errorless ball behind her. Sedlock also had a single and a run batted in. Sabers’ softball improves to 5 – 4. Saber baseball plays at Albia later tonight.
