The Knoxville Baseball Squad wanted to play some of the best teams in the area and state this season, and the Panthers got a taste of that on Saturday as Van Meter swept the Panthers in a varsity double header 12-0 in game one and 13-3 in game two. While Coach Joel Johnson conceded the Bulldogs are a very good team he told KNIA/KRLS Sports he was still a little disappointed in how his team played. Johnson ads with the experience he has this season, the expectations on high. Knoxville will take on Bondurant-Farrar tonight in a varsity double header you can hear the night cap on AM 1320 and 95.3 KNIA at 7:15.
