Following a season where they reached the regional semifinal, the Pella High softball team garnered all-conference honors this year within the difficult Little Hawkeye Conference. Unanimously making the second team was sophomore outfielder, Sara Tallman. In conference play only, Tallman led the league in batting average with a clip of .552, only striking out four times, and went 19-for-19 in stolen base attempts. Elyse Sadler was also on the second team as a utility player. The sophomore hit .382 on the season, and had the sixth lowest ERA on the mound in league games, with a 2.23, and had a 6 – 9 record. Senior Sierra Williams and sophomore Lydia Dingeman each received an honorable mention. The Lady Dutch finished the season 11 – 21.
