A new collaboration room at the Pella Public Library will allow groups to work on projects more efficiently. The room features a conference table and large monitor that will allow up to four mobile devices to plug in and share device screens. It is designed to increase productivity in group meetings and web conferences. Most laptops, tablets, and phones are compatible with the room, which is available on a first-come, first-serve basis or by registration at the Library’s website or by calling a staff member at the front desk. The room was paid for by a $1500 Iowa Library Services Technology Grant and the Friends of the Pella Public Library.
