It was not a full moon, but last night’s season championships at the Knoxville Raceway seemed like there was one. Both 305 contenders had mechanical problems as Steve Breazeale had fuel issues, and J. Kinder had to lift his blown engine out and replace it with Devin Kline’s from White Lighting Motorsports. The switch worked as Kinder won the 305 points title while Dustin Clark won the A-Main. Matt Moro dominated the 360 A-Main but it was Joe Beaver who took home the track championship. The A-Main was won by Mark Dobmier when Brian Brown who was leading had to stop in the work area for repairs from an accident while leading. Ian Madsen equaled his brother Kerry and clinched his first 410 track championship.
