The Knoxville Cross Country Squad’s first meet under new coach Michael Splavec will be Monday as the Panthers host a five-team invitational at Pine Knolls Golf Course.Splavec says he will use that meet as a time trial to see who the top runners on his team are. Splavec adds he will use a couple of other time trials during practice to get an idea of each runner’s times before Monday’s meet. The Panthers will host Norwalk, Fairfield, Dallas Center-Grimes, and Wayne.
