Pella Man Arrested After Alleged Burglary Attempt Early Thursday Morning

A Pella man was arrested early Thursday morning after he allegedly burglarized a business.

Nineteen-year-old Craig Wilson of Pella was spotted near a business after police responded to alarms that went off at approximately 3:30 a.m. After a review of surveillance video, police determined that Wilson was responsible and charged him with third degree burglary, a Class D Felony in Iowa, and criminal mischief. Wilson was serving two-years probation after he pleaded guilty on August 13th to operating a vehicle without the owner’s consent in relation to a July 4th arrest, and according to court documents, his probation was revoked.
