This week marks the 15th annual National Farmer’s Market Week.

The USDA established this week to increase support and resources for farm producers and new and beginning farmers, many of whom depend on markets to reach customers. The Pella Farmer’s Market runs every Thursday from 3 to 6 p.m. at the First Reformed Church parking lot. The Knoxville Market is on Saturdays from 8 a.m. to noon and Tuesdays from 2:30 to 6 p.m. on the lawn of the courthouse. We’ll have more about National Farmer’s Market week and the Pella Farmer’s Market on Let’s Talk Pella.
