Coming off of a tough loss to a quirky Sigourney-Keota squad last week, Pella Christian’s football team is back at home this evening for another district contest with Eddyville-Blakesburg-Fremont. The Eagles have lost two straight, but one positive that has come out of all four games they have played thus far is that the offense hasn’t really been slowed down, scoring an average of 31 points per game. The Rockets have had the opposite problem; they were shutout in their first two games, scored 36 against West Marshall in a win, but then put up only six on the scoreboard last Friday in a loss to Iowa City Regina. Andrew Schneider and Larry Hessing have the call live on KNIAKRLS.com with pregame starting at 6:30 p.m. and kick-off at seven. We will have a delayed broadcast on 92.1 KRLS immediately following the Stravers Cellular Football Friday Night Radio Scoreboard Show.
