The Pella High volleyball team had no problem with neither Chariton nor Centerville in triangular action last night. The Lady Dutch began the night with a 25 – 11, 25 – 16 win over the Chargers. Makenna Bogaard led the team with seven kills and the Lady Dutch hit .327 for the game. Pella then dispatched of Centerville by blowout scores of 25 – 9 and 25 – 14. Bogaard had another eight kills and Jessica Holterhaus recorded seven, and the team as a whole hit .340 for the contest. Pella improves to 9 – 15 on the year and they have tournament action in Newton this Saturday.
