Our area Eight Man football schools, Melcher-Dallas and Twin Cedars, have some serious playoff implications riding on their Week Seven match-ups tonight. The Saints hit the road to play Lamoni. The Demons and Saints are each 4 – 0 in their district, and with Mormon Trail having already faced Lamoni, the winner of this game more than likely would get the number one seed in District 6. Melcher-Dallas will need to slow down the Demon offense, which has yet to score less than 50 points in any game this season. Twin Cedars is trying to keep their playoff hopes alive when they make their final road trip of the regular season to Moravia. Both schools have just one district win and each are 2 – 4 on the year. Both games will kick-off tonight at seven.
