With a jam-packed conference schedule, the PCM hoops squads try to tackle a Heart of Iowa foe this evening in Monroe when South Hamilton comes to town. The Mustangs’ ladies had no trouble with the Hawks, with two convincing sweeps last season. The Hawks’ girls aren’t off to a hot start this year, losing to Saydel last Tuesday, 59 – 34, while PCM’s gals are 1 – 1. South Hamilton’s boys’ team pulled off a shocking one-point win over PCM in their regular season finale last year, and Coach Fred Lorensen says he hopes the outcome is different tonight. The girls will tip-off first tonight at six with the boys’ game to follow immediately after.
