The Pleasantville girl’s basketball team had a tough night on the road on Tuesday night as they fell to I-35, 61-35. The Lady Trojans stayed close for the first half, but I-35 pulled away for win the in the second half. Pleasantville freshman Kelsee Van Haalen had a team-high 17 points. Despite the loss, Pleasantville head coach Aaron Fichter was pleased with his team’s performance and found positives in the game. Sophomore Trojan point guard Brady Elder had a team high 12 points. Both teams will be in action at home on Friday night against Bedford.
