Make it two-in-a-row for the Twin Cedars girls’ basketball team after they downed Moulton-Udell yesterday, 52 – 37. Shyanne Denburger had 18 while Liz Rowley scored 15 for the Sabers’ ladies, who improve to 2 – 3 on the year. Things weren’t quite so nice for the Saber boys, who dropped a tough 56 – 43 decision to the Eagles. Trace Embray and Trenton Bacus each scored 11 points as Twin Cedars’ record is now 3 – 2. The Sabers will host Albia today for a varsity girls’ and boys’ doubleheader.
