Central College alum, Brad Van Vark, will be one of the guys to take the field for the first ever NCAA College Football championship game. Those that don’t know Van Vark should be filled in on the fact that he won’t be wearing a helmet or a colorful jersey, but rather a black and white striped uniform. Van Vark will be the back judge for the big game on Monday, January 12. He was chosen along with other all-star officials from the Big 12 Conference to oversee the game on the field and take part in a once-in-a-lifetime experience. It will be the 15th straight year that Van Vark has worked a postseason game, and will be taking place down in Arlington, Texas, between Ohio State and Oregon.
