The Central men’s and women’s basketball teams are looking to find their footing tonight at Simpson College after being swept in their last three doubleheaders in the conference. The Dutch women have to contend with a very sharp Storm squad that is sitting at 13 – 4 overall and are undefeated at home. Coach Chelsea Petersen says they’ll be playing a mirror image of themselves tonight. Simpson’s men have struggled to a 6 – 11 mark, and are 1 – 5 in the Iowa Conference. They do have a win over Buena Vista, a team that toppled the Dutch a week ago. Only one player is averaging better than ten points per game for Simpson, and that’s senior Charles Swain. Tonight’s doubleheader in Indianola is scheduled to tip-off at 6:00 p.m.
