The PCM basketball teams came out on top against Colfax-Mingo last night in a Friday evening doubleheader. The Mustangs’ girls allowed the Tigerhawks to score just one point in the first quarter, en route to a 53 – 19 triumph. PCM’s boys played in a tighter affair, but prevailed, 64 – 55. Coach Fred Lorensen tells KNIA/KRLS Sports his team just let Colfax-Mingo hang around. Logan Gillman had a double-double with 22 points and ten rebounds. Trey Lindsay scored 12 and Ricky Reeve dumped in 11. PCM’s girls are now 11 – 5, the boys improve to 11 – 4, and each are off until Tuesday to take on C-M-B.
