It’ll be the last time they take a bus during the regular season, as the Central men’s and women’s basketball teams head up north to Decorah to play Luther for some Saturday afternoon hoops. The Dutch women continue their search for their first conference win, but may have problems going up against the Norse, who are a league-best 18 – 4 overall and just a game out of first place in the conference. Central lost by seven in their first meeting way back on January 10. The Dutch men have won two straight, and hope to continue their late season surge against a Norse squad that has stumbled to an 8 – 14 record, and are tied for the sixth spot in the league with Loras. Central is a game ahead at number five, and could move as high up as third if they win out. The two schools shot at least 60% from the field in the second half of their contest in Pella, where the Dutch came out on top by three.
