Pella Christian took some more steps forward on the lanes yesterday in the Little Hawkeye Conference bowling meet. The Eagle girls finished with 1,711 pins, and were led by Holly Milby’s 278 series, with Abbie Vander Molen right behind her with 271. Grant Fynaardt, Max Kolb, and Caleb Van Zee all put up scores in the 300s, with a 351, 347, and 313, respectively. PC’s boys were 99 pins behind third-place Oskaloosa. Full team results for the girls and boys are below. Pella Christian will try to qualify for state this Tuesday at Washington against Knoxville, Louisa-Muscatine, Durant, Fairfield, and the Demons.
