Two teams that have played impressive basketball up to this point will clash this evening in Knoxville, as Pella High makes the jaunt over to play the Panthers. The Lady Dutch have won 12 straight, including convincing victories over Dallas Center – Grimes and Grinnell, and are 9 – 0 in the Little Hawkeye Conference. The Panthers, too, are undefeated in their league; in fact, they went unscathed in 12 conference match-ups, and have lost just once this season: to Carlisle in a tight contest. Lady Dutch head coach, Jerod Garland, is anticipating a battle tonight. Because Monday’s JV and freshmen games between the two schools were cancelled, they are being played tonight, which pushes everything back.
