The team that is playing good basketball late in the year is a team that could go a long ways and make some noise in the postseason and that is exactly what Pleasantville’s boys’ basketball team has done. The Trojans have won 13 out of their last 14 games and are coming off of an upset victory on Tuesday night at home in the district finals against number 6 ranked Colo-Nesco, 58-55. Head coach Tom Wilkins says he saw something different with his team in that win. The Trojans are playing great team basketball and are knocking down shots with confidence inside and out. It’s 22-1, Grand View Christian standing in the way of Pleasantville tonight in the district final at Ankeny Centennial. The game can be heard on AM 1320 and FM 95.3 KNIA with Garrett Knock and Tim Mount on the call.
