The numbers not exactly there, the heart definitely is for the Twin Cedars girls’ track and field team this season. The Sabers will mostly be dealing with larger schools and bigger track meets over the course of the next two months leading up to the state qualifying meet in May. Twin Cedars has dates in Pella and Monroe with Class 2A and 3A teams comprising the field. First-year head coach, Cameron Parker, says he has been trying to use that for motivation for his girls in 2015. The Sabers begin their season this Tuesday in Monroe at PCM.
