Funeral services for Billie Joe Sissel, age 76 of Knoxville, will be held at 10:30 on Tuesday, March 24 at the Winfield Funeral Home of Knoxville with Pastors Mary Roozeboom and Bruce Reitveld officiating. Visitation will begin at 3 pm on Monday, March 23 at the Winfield Funeral Home. Family will greet friends from 5-7. Burial will follow services at Graceland Cemetery.
