Former Knoxville Track and Field Standout Wick Cunningham had a very good day this weekend at the Emporia State University Spring Open. He won the 3,000 meter steeplechase in a meet record time of 9:28.37 shattering the old record by over 11 seconds. The Northwest Missouri State runner was also six seconds off the time needed for a provisional spot at the N-C-A-A Division Two championships.
