PCM senior girls’ basketball standout, Rachel Freland, was selected to the All-State Iowa Girls Coaches Association second team for her efforts in the 2014-15 season. In her final season sporting the Mustang jersey, Freland eclipsed the 1,000-point mark for her career, and led the team with 17 points per game. Her scoring average was tenth best in the state in Class 3A, and her 83 steals were 12th most in 3A. The Mustangs went 16 – 8 this year and made it all the way to the regional finals.
