Twin Cedars’ boys’ track and field team wound up fourth out of seven teams at Pekin in yesterday’s outdoor and season opener for the Sabers. Twin Cedars finished as high as third place in various events, including an 11.4 run in the 100 meter dash by freshman Dakota Pinegar. The Sabers also came in third place in the 4 x 100 and 200 meter relays, as well as the distance medley relay. The guys are back in action at Pella Christian today for a quad dual against the Eagles, Lynnville-Sully, and Des Moines Christian.
