Should the weather hold off, several of our other area teams are in action on a busy Thursday evening in the sporting world. On the links, Pella’s boys are hosting a triangular involving themselves, PCM, and Dallas Center – Grimes before their big “Dutch Masters” tournament on Friday. Pella Christian’s boys are in Grinnell to take on the Tigers and Knoxville. In tennis action, the Little Dutch are at Ottumwa, and the girls are hosting the Bulldogs. On the soccer pitch, the Pella Lady Dutch hit the road for a meet-up with Bondurant-Farrar. Our area track teams also hope to get in a meet today, including Pella’s boys and girls who are at Nevada, PCM and Twin Cedars’ gals head to Eddyville-Blakesburg-Fremont, and Melcher-Dallas’ boys are at Clarke.
