For the first time this spring, the Central women’s tennis team ended up on top, prevailing over St. Ambrose yesterday, 6 – 3. Angie Allgood lost her first set at No. 1 singles, but came back to win the last two to take the match. The Dutch were playing without one of their top freshmen in singles and in doubles. Central improves to 8 – 6, and they are back in action next Friday in Des Moines to take on Grand View on April 10.
