The first real busy day of the Knoxville spring sports season has the boys golf squad in action for the first time this year. The Panthers are coming off a solid season last year…and have high expectations for 2015. Coach Brian Barkey tells KNIA/KRLS Sports the guys beat 36 teams last year and have set a goal of beating 45 this season. Barkey says he will use this first couple of meets to see where his guys are to get an idea of what they can do under pressure. The Panthers travel to Clarke today.
