The Knoxville Boys Track and Field Squad walked away with three first place finishes and a sixth place team finish in a field of larger 3A and 4A competition last night at Nevada. Nathan Winters took first place in the shot put and discus while Tanner Dunkin claimed gold in the 200. Second place went to Dunkin in the 100. Head Coach Joe Cunningham tells KNIA/KRLS Sports his seniors have done a great job showing the younger guys what it takes to be successful in their events. The Panthers will get to stay home this weekend and host their annual Panther Relays co-ed meet on Saturday. That takes place at the Randy Wilson Track and gets started at 11.
