Knoxville’s Alex Dye nailed a goal from 35 yards out in overtime to defeat Fairfield last night in boy’s soccer 2-1. The Panthers and Trojans played to 1-1 draw in regulation. Dye had the other Panther goal in the first half. Knoxville is now 5-2 on the season. The girls fell to Fairfield 2-1, Molley Kellar was the only goal for Knoxville. Ally VanderHart had 12 saves.
