The threat of an active shooter can happen at anytime and anywhere.

That’s why local law enforcement officials are offering A.L.I.C.E. training to area businesses and organizations.
Knoxville Police Officer Kyle Keller explains that A.L.I.C.E. means Alert, Lockdown, Inform, Counter, Evacuate, and is used to prepare individuals to handle an active shooter situation, such as ones like Columbine and Virginia Tech.
The Pella Police Department also offers the A.L.I.C.E. program.
