The Knoxville Girls Track and Field Squad will travel to the Newton Cardinal Relays tonight. The multi class co-ed meet has been a staple of track and field meets for several seasons. Knoxville will try to nail down more times and improve on distances. Coach Brad McWilliams told KNIA/KRLS Sports at the beginning of the season he wanted his girls to compete, and so far he is pleased with that aspect of the season. McWilliams says it is tough to score a lot of points due to the lack of depth. He adds, that aside it has been a successful season so far. The Boys head to Clarke. Coach Joe Cunningham tells KNIA/KRLS Sports with the cut off for Drake Relays tonight at midnight he fells confident that a couple of events are likely in, and is hoping for another after tonight.
