2015 Indianola InviteEnjoying the almost summer-like temperatures, the Pella High girls’ tennis team made hay while the sun was shining and won the Indianola Girls’ Tennis Invitational yesterday afternoon. The Lady Dutch scored 122 points, defeating the host Indians by ten. Bronwyn Metcalf went undefeated in the No. 2 singles slot, going 3 – 0 on the day. Elyse Sadler and Cecily Johnson also were undefeated at the No. 3 doubles position. A full shakedown of results can be found below. Making up for a rained out meet earlier in the season, Pella will next host Ottumwa in Caldwell Park this Monday.
