On the eve of the Drake Relays in Des Moines, the Pella Christian girls’ track and field team looked sharp at the Eddyville-Blakesburg-Fremont girls’ relays. The Eagles were third out of seven teams, scoring 82.5 points, just 4.5 behind Albia for second place. The Eagles’ 4 x 100 and 200 meter relay teams placed first, and Sarah Meyer won the 100 and 200 meter dashes. In addition to their gold medals, PC also took several silvers to guide them to third place. Full results can be found be clicking below.
