Twin Cedars’ boys’ and girls’ track teams had some strong performances in yesterday’s meet at Davis County. For the Saber boys, David Williams won the 400 meter hurdles, and the Saber 4 x 100 and 200 meter relay teams both placed third. On the girls’ side, they came in sixth place as a team, led by Marisa Lundy’s fifth place performance in the discus, and Maddie DeWit also placed in the 100 meter hurdles. The boys are off until next week, and the Saber girls are in action tomorrow at Eddyville-Blakesburg-Fremont.
