Next week, the City of Pella celebrates its Dutch heritage with the 80th annual Tulip Time Celebration.
Pella Mayor Jim Mueller says he’s excited to interact with the nearly 100,000 visitors expected at this year’s festival. Mueller says the Tulip Festival is volunteer-driven, and is thankful for what they do to make the event a success.
