The Pleasantville boys’ track and field team opened up Friday on a good note with a tie for third place with North Linn in the 4×200 meter relay final with a time of 1:32.66. The Trojans’ 4×100 meter relay team had the fourth fastest qualifying time of 44.67 putting them into the finals today. They also qualified for the 4×400 finals today with the sixth quickest time of 3:30.74. Head coach Gabe Bakker was pleased with how his boys ran and how they exceeded expectations for the day.
