The PCM girls and Pella Christian girls each found themselves competing well in their relay events on Friday afternoon. The PCM girls qualified for the 4×400 meter finals today with a time of 4:07.64, which was good for eighth fastest in the field. They will also compete in the sprint medley finals and Rachel Peter will compete in the 1500 meter finals. Pella Christian will be running in two finals today as they qualified on Friday in the 4×200 meter relay with the sixth fastest time and the 4×100 meter relay with the seventh quickest time. Head coach Bridget Martin is excited to have three events in the finals and also have one that was unexpected.
