The Knoxville Boys Soccer Squad will go for a conference title tonight against Albia. While the South Central Conference does not recognize soccer as an official sport due to only three of the member schools fielding varsity squads, it will amount to a mythical title. However, Coach Dylan Mick tells KNIA/KRLS Sports they are looking at it as another chance to get a win and yes, sweep the South Central Conference. He adds the Demons tend to score score quickly, so ball control will be key. The J-V match is scheduled for 5:30 and the varsity is schedule do kick off at around seven.
