The Knoxville Boys Soccer Squad turned back Pella Christian last night 3-0. The Panthers first score came at the 21 minute mark on a break-away by Chase Larson. That was followed up a couple of minutes later by Alex Dye getting his 15th goal of the season. Trent Davis put the match away in the 65th minute with a goal of his own. Panthers Coach Dylan Mick was pleased with how his guys worked together to get their goals. Eagles Coach Gerrit Brouwer told KNIA/KRLS Sports, Knoxville’s speed was complicating things, but he was pleased to have had a few chances. Nick Moats had eight saves to preserve the shut out for Knoxville. The Panthers are now 9-3 on the season while Pella Christian is 4-6.
