While landfills across the state of Iowa have been asked to help get rid of chickens euthanized due to the bird flu, one that hasn’t yet is the one run by the South Central Iowa Solid Waste Agency near Tracy.

Director Rick Hurt told KNIA/KRLS News that no one has contacted them about accepting dead poultry and they have not taken a position on the situation at this time.
