Trailing just 1 – 0 in the latter innings, Pleasantville’s baseball team had the bases loaded with two outs, but could not push across any runs. Those missed opportunities cost them in a 10 – 0 loss to Bondurant-Farrar yesterday. Coach Sheldon Card says his team had many chances, but couldn’t convert, and adds the final score doesn’t do the game justice. The Trojans sit with a 1 – 1 record, and they hit the road for a test against North Mahaska tonight at 6:00 p.m.
